Our Buddy Programme is a peer education programme designed by young people for young people. We run from three local high schools Notre Dame High, St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary & Knighstwood Secondary.

The Young people get trained up in issues such as Addictions including alcohol, drugs, smoking & vaping and gambling.

Emotional Health & Wellbeing

and 

Bereavement, Loss & Suicide.

They then go into peer settings such as primary schools, secondary schools and youth groups to do training sessions.

Throughout this the young people benefit from youth achievement awards such as Hi5 & Dynamic youth awards.

It also gives them transferable life skills such as confidence, communication, teamwork and leadership.
